These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies (“Terms”), clarify your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. At AIV ATELIER, we strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is smooth and satisfactory. We take utmost care in delivering our products and uphold the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following options for returning or exchanging items, as well as our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and gift cards.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products
Please verify the products and quantities listed on the invoice before accepting your package from the courier.
- If you notice any discrepancy or damage to the package, kindly mark a suitable remark with the logistics service provider/courier at the time of delivery.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product has been delivered, contact us at info@aivatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email should include order details and clear images highlighting the issue.
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
- An incorrect item has been delivered (does not match your order confirmation).
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Our Quality Check team will verify the issue and our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. The product must be received at our address within 10 days from the date of approval by Customer Service. Please ensure returned products are unused, unworn, and all original tags are intact.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We regret that refunds are not possible in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided, if there are three failed delivery attempts, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
Colour Display
While we have tried to display product colours as accurately as possible, actual colours may differ due to variations in monitors or devices.
Refunds
- Bank Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with the value of the product. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for direct refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. No cancellation requests will be entertained after 24 hours, once order processing has begun.
- Chache Di Hatti Pvt Ltd / AIV ATELIER reserves the right to cancel orders and process full refunds if an order cannot be fulfilled or processed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made and made-to-order items
- Unstitched items (such as dupattas, sarees with unstitched blouses)
- Altered products as per your measurements/specifications
- Products purchased during sale/promotions
- Products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Within India: Eligible for return within 2 days of receipt, provided all tags are intact and the garment is unworn and unaltered. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after the garment passes quality check.
- International Orders: Ready-to-ship orders shipped outside India are not eligible for return.
- Cancellations for ready-to-ship orders cannot be processed after 24 hours from order placement.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift Cards are valid for a lifetime from issuance.
- Registration at aivatelier.com is required for redemption.
- Cards can be redeemed on all products from AIV ATELIER and at all our retail stores.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes.
- If your purchase exceeds the card value, the balance must be paid during checkout.
- If products purchased on Gift Card are returned, our regular exchange & return policy applies.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.
- The person entering the Gift Card code is presumed to be the intended recipient. No further verification is required.
- Chache Di Hatti Pvt Ltd / AIV ATELIER reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card if found to be invalid, already utilised, or redeemed by personnel not intended as beneficiaries.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards and are not valid with other promotions unless specified.
