How to Return a Product
For Logged-In Customers:
- Visit your order page on our website and follow the online return process.
For Guest Customers:
- Use the return request link by entering your order number and registered email or phone number.
Online Request:
- You can raise a return request online without needing to call or email us.
Shipping and Return Charges
- Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.
- Return Charges: A flat INR 199 restocking and return fee will be charged for returns within India.
- Exchange Charges: No fees are applicable for exchanges within India.
Refund Process
- After raising a return request, we will arrange product pickup.
- The pickup agent will perform a quality check upon collection.
- On successful pickup and approval, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are credited within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method or as applicable.
- All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.
Return & Cancellation Timeline
