Important Information
- Estimated delivery times for each product are mentioned on its respective product details page.
- We deliver all the products within 3-4 weeks.
- For orders within India, we offer free shipping on purchases above Rs. 5000. For orders below Rs. 5000, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 will apply.
- International orders incur shipping charges based on the destination and shipping option chosen at checkout.
- Delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation.
- Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, a designer may not be able to fulfill your order. In such cases, we will offer you an alternate option, store credit, or a full refund.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to the courier’s website so you can monitor your shipment.
- Delivery delays can sometimes occur beyond our control. If your order is delayed by more than 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.
- Returns and exchanges can only be availed once per individual order.
- For international shipments, all items in your order will be consolidated and shipped together.
- Order cut-off times and estimated delivery windows are provided as guidelines and do not account for potential payment authorization delays or unforeseen logistics challenges.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to a different address.
Delivery Procedure
- Most deliveries will be made to your porch or doorstep without requiring a signature, consistent with international shipping standards. Responsibility for your goods passes to you upon porch/delivery confirmation by the courier at the specified address.
- If you have specified a third-party recipient (such as for gift purposes), porch delivery at that address is considered proof of delivery and fulfillment of our obligation.
International Shipping – Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued if:An incorrect or outdated delivery address was provided.Delivery failed after three attempts by the courier.The package was refused by the recipient due to customs or duty charges.

Shipments are generally made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices shown exclude import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment of such charges is required to release the shipment from customs.

- Customs clearance delays at destination may impact the estimated delivery time.
- Some customs authorities require presentation of valid identification (e.g., passport, Tax ID) before releasing shipments.
